Pediatrics
Dr. Ingre Walters has been practicing medicine since 1996. She received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate and completed pediatric residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She worked at Women and Children’s Health Services, then a part of Pennsylvania Hospital, for seven years before completing a residency in general psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine. She worked at Temple University for almost two decades, teaching psychiatric residents and taking care of her own panel of patients. She returns to pediatrics with her skills of both a pediatrician and psychiatrist.
Dr. Walters enjoys studying foreign languages and speaks Spanish fluently. She also enjoys hiking and biking and reading.
